My goal is to help you change the way you perceive healthy food and fitness, and develop a positive body image. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – GAPS, Ayurveda, -Gluten free, Paleo, Keto, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotics, and everything in between. I am a graduate of the Certified GAPS Coaching Program through Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride MD, Neurology & Nutrition, author of "Gut and Psychology Syndrome". I also received professional training as a Culinary Educator for Florida Coastal Cooking and Wellness teaching classes for elementary students about plant based nutrition and cooking skills in the Vegecooking program. I am a graduate of Liberty University's Master of Science Exercise Science and Wellness program with an emphasis in Nutrition.
Through the remarkable improvements of my son's health who was diagnosed with severe autism, I discovered the healing and preventative power of proper nutrition. I am now wholly dedicated to educating and encouraging all mankind toward developing strategic lifestyle changes in order to live the healthiest and happiest life.
